It was ranked in the Top 10 on the App store and stayed there for a long time. Sources say that the game developer was making 50000$ a day from the Ads that are integrated inside the application. The game is very simple when you look at it, but as soon as you start playing, you discover the you can barely pass the 10 points. It’s a really hard game and that’s making it really addictive.
Yesterday, the developer decided to remove the game from the market and the reason is:
“I am sorry ‘Flappy Bird’ users, 22 hours from now, I will take ‘Flappy Bird’ down. I cannot take this anymore.”
The question is: How can someone take a decision like that? You are making 50K per day and it took you only 3 days to develop the game and you decide that you “can’t take this anymore”?
This is weird and till we know the exact reason of this, we’ll have to keep in mind that something is wrong!
